Steps: At first, insert the removable pressure relief plugs in the appropriate holes where relief is needed. Then insert stretcher in shoe. Step One- LENGTH STRETCH : Turn the round plastic handle in clockwise direction until you begin to see surface pressure showing on shoe. Step Two- WIDTH STRETCH : Turn the metal crank handle in clockwise direction until you begin to see surface pressure showing on shoe.
