S&B La-Yu is made mainly from extract of carefully-selected red chili peppers.
Using our own technique and manufacturing method, hot, flavourful and colorful extract is produced,
and then sesame oil is added.

It features a pungent flavour, bright red colour and the savory flavour of sesame oil.

You can use it as the sauce for dim-sum, a relish for wheat noodles, a seasoning for fried meat & vegetables, Chinese dressing, topping for Sushi like spicy rolls or dipping sauce with mayonnaise.
