*Open all fasteners and slide foot into ankle stabilizer.Pull the top two straps and secure in place for a firm, yet comfortable fit.
*On the left side of foot, pull strap up and across, attaching the fastener to the opposite side of the ankle stabilizer.
*Do the same for the last remaining strap.Adjust all straps for a firm, yet comfortable fit.
