After my doctor suggested I try a sensitive teeth-specific types of toothpaste and mouthwash, I tried a number of brands, but I can personally say that no other brand works better for my teeth than Sensodyne Pronamel. This toothpaste is a great new addition to the Sensodyne Pronamel line of products. I tried the mint flavor of Pronamel Strong and Bright and I LOVE the flavor. I like it more than their popular "fresh" flavor. Within two weeks of using the product at least twice a day (sometimes three times on those hard days when I resort to eating a lot of chocolate, haha!), I've noticed that my teeth are slightly whiter. I don't believe that this toothpaste is a supplement for actual whitening products, but as long as you use this product, your teeth will look a bit brighter. The smell of the product is great. However, the smell did not translate over in taste. I was less than impressed with the consistency (thinner than I prefer), effectiveness, and flavor. The consistency of the toothpaste seemed watered down. At first I thought the product needed to be mixed up from the settling of ingredients. After mashing on the tube to hopefully mix things up, the consistency remained unchanged. This toothpaste is labeled as "mint" flavor. I was hoping for an extra minty fresh feeling after brushing my teeth. This was not the case. I felt like I hadn't brushed my teeth when I was finished. Personally, this is not a product I would be willing to use on a day-to-day basis.
