Colour : A beautiful deep color

Aroma : The nose smells fine woody nuances of cherry stones and spices.

Palate : Mouth surprised by its intensity and offers a nice balance wood/fruit supported by beautiful and powerful tannins.

Recommended Cuisine

It will go with cold meats, roasted poultry, veal, beautiful pieces of beef and cheese. Best served at 17 °C after 1 hour 30 minutes in a decanter. It can be enjoyed now but will keep for 4-6 years in a cellar away from light.
