I use this several times a week with my facial cleansing machine ending in positive results. It is a clean, refreshing cream with a touch of tingling which others may describe as a burning sensation. The tingling sensation makes it feel cool on my face. My dark spots have reduced in color and I have extremely dry skin but this cleanser makes my face feel great. This product does what it says.
