As there is no tracking for normal Singpost mails, we are unable to track any lost or delayed packages via this mode of shipping. No refund for lost packages after they have been sent (normal duration : 2 work days, we have experienced packages which are sent only 2 weeks after posting. Unfortunately, we are unable to track the shipment via normal Singpost mail).

We do recommend all customers to go for trackable postage:

Washing instructions:

Please hand wash the dresses with cold water.

Do not soak or scrub the laces.

Do not iron the mesh/hood/lace directly. Use either a garment steamer or iron over a thin cloth.

Most of the time, the cape will just straighten out nicely after wash.
