Common Question & Answers:

Question: What size should I buy?

Answer: We offer three sizes: 23-30in (small); 31-35in (medium); 36-40in (large). It is best to choose a size which gives you a snug and comfortable fit so that your items in the belt will not move or bounce around when you are active. The belt is stretchable, so the smaller size you choose should be adequate.

Question: Will my things fall out while running or when I am active?

Answer: The belts come with slits which are small but elastic. So, it provides a tight fit, especially after you have turned the belt outside-in.

Question: Why do you not have zippers for the belt?

Answer: We find that zippers restrict the elasticity of the belt, limiting you to only very small items; and it is also uncomfortable when active, and may lead to chafing of your skin as well.

Question: Which smartphones can the belt hold?

Answer: It can hold any object, including smartphones, within a certain size. The width of the belt is 8cm, but when stretched, it expands up to 10cm. So, any item within that size should not be a problem. Runners have used the belt to hold the Note 5, S6, Edge 7, iPhone 6 & 6-Plus, and so on, without much problem. However, if your phones come with thick or bulky covers, then it might not fit into the belt.

Question: Will the earphones get in the way when I am running?

Answer: With four pockets in the belt, you can thread the cable or wire of the earphones through one of them round the back. So that when you run, the wires are at your back instead of in front.

Question: What about keys? Will the belt keep them in securely?

Answer: Yes, certainly. One of the pockets of the belt has an elastic key strap, specially for keys. So keys will be kept very secure.

Question: Is the belt waterproof?

Answer: The material of the belt is quality polyester and spandex. Unfortunately, it is not waterproof, although the material dries up relatively fast. If you are afraid that your items may get wet while exercising, it might be a good idea to put them in a ziplock bag before inserting them into the belt pockets.

Question: Is it suitable for children?

Answer: It depends on the waist size of your child. Our small size is 23-30in. So if your child’s waist is within that size, there is no reason why he or she cannot use it.

Question: Is the belt only for running or only sporting activities?

Answer: No. The belt can be used for any occasion, including when you are traveling, for example. You can use the belt to hold your wallet, currency, passport, or any other item within a certain size, which you want to keep close to you. You can also wear the belt under a shirt or blouse.

Question: What colours do the belts come in?

Answer: At the moment, we have the more popular colours of black, blue and green. If there is demand we would be happy to bring in more colours such as pink, yellow and red.
