Shipping

1. Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after we verify your payment.
2. Please tell me your current address after your payment within 1-2 days; otherwise, we will ship your item based on your Escrow address, so make sure it is correct.
3. Before ordering please contact us to confirm your preferred shipment method. Normally, it takes 15-35 business days for arrival by Air Mail, and takes 3-10 business days by Express.
4. Sometimes it would be longer because of the bad weather, a waste of time in customs clearance. Thus please wait patiently when you do not receive your item on time. If you don't receive the item within thirty days, please contact us, and then I will help you track it.

Returns

1.We accept 7 days return or replacement provided the item you received do not match our description, we will refund you after receive the return item is in its original condition, buyer need to pay the shipping charges of return, more than 7 days, we only provide maintenance service.

2. If the item is damaged or lost when it is returned, the buyers will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer a full refund. The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss.
