In addition it comes with a cast iron body for quick and even heating combined with a heavy gauge base which eliminates hot spots. Light and strong with integral handles and tempered glass lids, this cookware is oven safe to 390 degrees Fahrenheit, making it perfectly suited for oven to table use. The additional stainless steel disc makes these pieces suitable for use with induction cooktops as well as gas and electric. An innovative ceramic non-stick coating is applied and is free from plastics, PTFE, PFOA and will not emit harmful fumes and toxins if accidently overheated. All pieces have a hard and scratch resistant surface. These pieces are the perfect complement to any dinnerware collection. The Black Saucepan with Glass Lid is 7.0" in diameter and has a 2 quart capacity.
