Dear customer, before you purchase anything.

Please take note:

Delivery time:

We will mail out your order via SingPost within 0-2 working day after payment confirmed, you will be able to receive your items 2-5 days after payment date.

Normal Mail:

Parcel will be delivered to the letterbox directly. In the case of large parcel which cannot be fitted to the letterbox, the postman will deliver to your doorstep.

If delivery is unsuccessful (nobody is at home), the postman will leave a collection slip at your door for collection at the nearest post office.

If the postman did not leave a collection slip at your door, you need to go to your nearest post office to check if your parcel is there.

No tracking number is available for normal mail.

We are not liable for any lost/damage during the postage, therefore we strongly recommend you to opt for Registered mail.

Singpost Registered:

Tracking number is available. Singpost Registered delivery status can be track via Singpost system.

Singpost delivery will reach you within 3 days, sometimes there might be some hiccups & may delay to 4-5 days. Please understand this and do not put all the blame on me due to delayed shipping, as I'm not the one delivering them.
