Exchanges and Refunds 

All sales are final. HVS does not allow any form of returns or exchanges, unless in the event of defects or wrong order received.  
Should you receive a defective product or wrong order, do notify within the next 3 days upon receipt. Notify us by emailing admin@hervintagestore.net.  
Items must be returned in their original state, unused, unworn and with tags attached. Returns that are worn, damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. All returns must be received by us in 7 days. 

Refunds will be made after we have received the return parcel.
Defective goods refer to goods received faulty and not damages as a result of normal wear and tear after usage.  

Colour and Measurements 

HVS tries its best to describe the color and measurement that are the closest to the actual product. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Also take note of the different color variations in photoshoots. Do not hesitate to contact us for assistance should you need help in measurements.
