Return, Exchange & Warranty Claims By Mail
- Within 7 days from receipt date (Qxpress orders).
- Within 10 days from shipping date (SingPost Normal Mail orders).
For defective, incorrect or misdelivered item:
- Customer is required to provide order/cart number and photo/video proof of claim by Qpost message.
- Seller will assess the proof of claim & advise customer accordingly on the progress & outcome of claim.
- Item must be returned with original packaging box & all accessories inside the box with all labels attached.
- Seller will bear return/reship postage costs by registered mail.
For change of mind item:
- Customer is required to provide order/cart number and photo/video of item by Qpost message.
- Item must be returned unused with original packaging box & all accessories inside the box with all labels attached.
- Customer will bear return/reship postage costs by registered mail.
