Suggested Usage: As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet 1 to 2 times daily.Free OfGMOs, Wheat, Gluten, Soy, Milk, Egg, Fish, Shellfish. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
