LIFTING LAB | WEIGHT LIFTING HOOKS WITH NON SLIP COATING AND THICK NEOPRENE PADDED WRIST WRAPS DESIGNED FOR GRIP ASSIST DURING DEADLIFTS, ROWS, PULLDOWNS, AND SHRUGS

FEATURES

  • Whether you're trying to increase your max on a deadlift, take the strain off of an annoying injury, or better engage and isolate back muscles you'll feel an immediate difference when you use a great set of weight lifting hooks.
  • WELL SHAPED COATED HOOKS - These fit perfectly around standard barbells, dumbbells, and machine attachments like lat pulldown bars. The heavy duty rubber coatings eliminate pinched fingers and slipping on the weight keeping them in the same position from the first rep to the last.
  • CHOOSE BETWEEN OPEN OR CLOSED GRIP - thick, fully adjustable pads cushion and support your wrist allowing you to open your hand and take the strain off of your grip (helps alleviate pain from tendonitis, golfers elbow, and causes the weight to be transferred to larger back muscles instead of your grip and forearms).
  • IMMEDIATELY INCREASE YOUR WEIGHT AND REPS during deadlifts, shrugs, lat pulldowns, pullups, seated cable rows - any movements that target the posterior chain (back, traps, glutes, hamstrings).
  • YOU WILL FEEL THE QUALITY ON THE FIRST REP - and if you don't take advantage of our 100% money back guarantee.

DESCRIPTION

If you've never used a set of weight lifting hooks they can completely change your workouts and they serve a ton of different purposes. Strength enthusiasts almost immediately see an increase in their weight and reps, often bumping them over a plateau. Heavy duty steel hooks are a great companion to a grip that gives out before you hit that new personal record. Expect to feel a difference on any pulling motion. For bodybuilders, loosening your grip and letting the weight "hang" allows it to transfer past your grip and forearms into your larger targeted back muscles causing them to 'fire' in a whole new way. If you're a pro obviously forearms still need to be trained separately because they're taken almost completely out of the movement. Training around injuries: lifting hooks can serve as a solution for alleviating pain from things like tendonitis while still being able exercise all the way to outpatient rehabilitation clinics where patients have limited hand function and dexterity and require supplemental grip strength from our design. The Story behind these: We took some of the best lifting hooks available (which we loved using) and redesigned them to meet our own needs. We added a super thick neoprene wrist padding and a higher quality well-shaped hook that hugs the bar. We even included a rubber coating that grips barbells, dumbbells, and machine attachments like lat pulldown bars. Happy lifting!
