Directions
Sort & rinse. Bring 3 cups water & 1 cup groats to boil. Cover & simmer, stirring occasionally for 45-60 minutes, or until tender. Suggested Uses:
Top with cinnamon, maple sugar, & chopped nuts for a hearty breakfast.
Substitute for bulgur or barley in soups & stews.
Grind into a flour & add to baked goods. For optimal shelf life, store in a cool, dry place.Free OfGMOs.
