The tapered handle offers comfort in the hand and a steady grip, while a hole at the end allows for hanging on the wall or in the pantry. The pizza peel may also be used for transferring breads or pastries from a hot oven. Surface wash board with a damp cloth only. To prevent wood from warping and cracking, do not submerge in water. Manufacturer recommends occasionally rubbing with food-safe mineral oil to prevent wood from drying out or cracking.
