3.  Not responsible for any lost/damage caused by Singpost Normal Mail. Please check with your Post Office should you didn't receive your parcel.

4.  Charming Princess undertakes to check and ensure that item is in good condition before sending out buyer's order.

5.  All orders will be mailed out according to the address as shown in Qoo10's system.  Request for change in address is not allowed once item has been sent.

6.  No exchange/refund should the product is not in original condition i.e. has been worned, washed, stained, damaged or tag being removed.

2.  THE COLORS YOU SEE ON THE MONITOR MAY BE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT FROM THE ACTUAL COLORS OF THE GOODS.

3.  PROMOTIONAL/STOCK CLEARANCE/AUCTION ITEMS CANNOT BE EXCHANGED, RETURNED NOR REFUNDED.

Buyers are to take your own risks for choosing Singpost Normal Mail service. We will not be responsible for any lost/damage caused by Singpost and we could not guarantee on the time/period of the delivery.  It's upto Singpost to arrange. In normal circumstances; you could receive it within 2-5 working days but a small numbers of the buyers may receive their orders in a slightly longer period of time; 2-3 weeks or even a month.  Postage is cheap but non-trackable.
