We are local seller which located at Singapore. And every where is out of stocks even for most of the local pharmacy.
Any cancellation from existing orders will be forwarded to the other customers on queue waiting for the Mask.
Once order have been confirmed and processed, there is no cancellation to be allowed. This is to avoid confusion of our packing staff. Thanks.
NOTE: Why order from us? We are located in Singapore and we will be able to Follow up closely with any issue regarding your orders, if you order from Overseas Using China Postal Service or Korea postal service, it may take up to more then Fastest 2 to 3 weeks, and if there is any issue with the product you will not be able to get any replacement/refund or may only get the replacement only if you send the item back to the overseas country, which will cost even more.

We are aware of the serious haze situation therefore we are paying additional x 2 more using Express Courier service to get in the stock earlier so that customers able to receive their orders faster. Please do not compare our price with other seller who selling at cheaper price but takes weeks for products to reach you and by then the Haze situation would have improved.

For customer who opt for self collection, please read:
-We would inform customer via email or SMS when the stock is ready for collection.
-We will update the shipping status to "on delivery" once the stock is ready. NO CANCELLATION or refund is allowed once item is confirmed and packed.
-Non collected items would be sent out by post if there is no response from customer or failure of collections within 3working days.
