Our blend have as much caffeine per cup as coffee, and about three times the levels of traditional tea. L-Theanine, a rare amino acid found in Zest Tea, helps prolong the energy and alertness, while reducing the jitters and crash associated with most caffeinated products.

Earl Grey
Early Gray has been a popular blend since it was introduced to the British Earl, Charles Grey, in the 1830s. Most Earl Grey are made with low quality base teas, but not ours. Zest's Earl is made with premium Nilgiri Indian black tea blended with a delicious bergamot essential oil.
Suggested Use
Use boiling water and steep for 4-5 minutes.
