How to Use:

Baths: blend 5-8 drops in a teaspoon of carrier oil or full fatmilk， add to bath.
Massages: add 2-3 drops of essential oils to 3 tablespoonfuls ofcarrier oil.
Vaporisation: add 2-4 drops of essential oils to a burner， aromastone or aroma stream.  

Please note that essential oils， particularly those that arecitrus based， can corrode diffusers over time. Damage caused inthis way is not covered by your manufactureru2019s warranty. We adviseyou to empty and rinse the water tank of your diffuser and wipe itdry with a clean cloth every time you use a different type ofessential oil.
