Easy to Apply:
* Before applying the brace, release cinching cables so that they are completely extended
* Position belt around lumbar area of spine at top of hips. Center over middle of spine.
* Maintain space between rigid support panels.
* Wrap panels and secure hook and loop fabric.
* Pull cinching strap out to the side and feel it tighten and support your back.
Care: Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent. Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.
