<li>1 fluid ounce of clear fabric paint for surfaces and textiles that are not white. Apply with paint brush. Once applied on to a surface or material of your choice, allow it to dry (to the touch)</li>
<li>Used for T shirts, textiles and many other applications.</li>
<li>Once dry to the touch, you can iron the item or put it in a dryer. Allow 1 hour before touching.</li>
<li>Powders can be mixed to create other colors, for example, mix blue fluorescent and yellow fluorescent powder to create green</li>
<li>If applied to the wall, floor or such surface, just allow to dry thoroughly. This is water based. Keep in cool dry environment.</li>
