The 9"" x 11"" Small Blade Peel (6109) is an aluminum pizza peel with a blade that is eleven inches (28 cm) wide by nine inches (22.9 cm) tall. Pizza peels are paddles used to place pizza in or remove it from a hot oven without having to reach too far in. Expertly constructed by American Metalcraft, this peel features a rectangular, aluminum blade and a 50 inch (127 cm) solid wood handle that make this peel perfect for even the deepest of commercial pizza ovens. Additionally, the aluminum blade is specially designed to easily slide under pizzas, even those that have been baked onto the surface of the oven, for efficient, simple loading and unloading.
