- Order will be sent via Singpost Non-Registered Mail within 2 working days once order confirmed by Qoo10.com. Should any items not in stock, back order will be made within 2 to 3 weeks.

- All items will checked before shipping. Should the items process with defective by manufacturer, seller will precede with exchange of your purchase. Exchange is to be made within 1 weeks after received and the item must returned in the original condition. Cost incurred for returns are payable by buyer.
