If you received damaged item,return postage will be borne by you; and seller will bear the re-delivery postage.

This warranty does not cover the watch case,strap,glass,bezel,crown,dial,battery,and packaging,any damage resulting from improper care,accidents or normal wear and tear.

Guarantee is void if the watch has been repaired/serviced by anyone other than ourselves or damaged by abuse or by accident.

Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery date for a refund. All returned merchandise must be returned in the condition it arrived including all original packaging and accessories in order to receive a refund. We will credit the cost of the merchandize according to your method of payment (refund will be given as Money Back).

However,if for any reason this return policy is not strictly adhered to,we will not be responsible for issuing any refunds and will not do so.

As for the shipping costs as well as the import duties and fees required for return shipping will not be refunded. International orders will also be subject to the conditions as stated above.

For Shipping Damages,if the item reaches you in damaged condition,save the shipping carton and notify us immediately. Please do not return the damaged or broken merchandize to us unless you receive our instructions to do so. This is necessary so that you do not lose your right to file a claim.
