And because the clever design is crafted from a single sheet of plywood, it can be built in a couple of weekends for around $50. Construction is simple. Just trace the full-size patterns onto plywood, cut everything out and laminate the pieces together (glue, clamp and allow to cure) to achieve the necessary thickness. Once the pieces are cured, sand, paint according to the included guide and assemble using glue and screws. The laminated construction makes the project far less expensive but much stronger than dimensional lumber, plus it''s easier to work with.
