They are cooked, formed and frozen by nature in the coldest period of the year. Uses: Can be used to make jelly, custard,mousse, flan, cold pie & soup. Preparation: 2 tablespoons Agar Agar Flakes, 3 cups Water or Juice. 1. Soak the Agar Agar Flakes in water or for about 2 hours. 2. Bring to boil then simmer on low heat stirring constantly until flakes dissolve completely. Ingredients : Seaweeds. |
