as item is ship from china to singapore. you will have to send the item back to china frm us so that we can facilitate an exchange with proof of the defective product. The product will have to be unused and we will accept returns and exchanges if you notify us of any defects within 3 days of receiving the product. 

hence, strongly advice customer to measure the size before any purchase is make to avoid unsuitable items & sizes.

2)once item is shipped thru air mail, delivery takes 3 to 14 days..
