Combine 1 tsp mask with 1 tsp of any of the following: water fresh organic fruit or vegetable juice organic sour cream or yogurt mix well.Apply to a clean damp face avoiding the eyes and lips. Leave on 5 to 10 minutes. Remove with warm water rinsing well.
