Two-Stage, Timed-Release

This formula is designed to release half of the Biotin in this product rapidly and the other half over a period of up to 6 hours. The two-stage, timed-release technology helps to extend the availability of Biotin to the body over a longer period of time. Biotin is intended to provide nutritive support as a coenzyme involved in protein synthesis and carbon hydrate metabolism. It is also intended to provide nutritive support for healthy hair and fingernails.

Directions
As a dietary supplement, take one capsule daily with a meal or a glass of water.
