HOW TO USE
Mix the powder with water, gently massage on cleansed face and neck for 3-5 minutes in a circular motion, then rinse.  Follow with Oriental Herb Relax Toner and SKYLAKE moisturizer or your choice.  For optimal results, use continuously once a week.
