INGREDIENTS
200ML Organic milk or milk substitude (Soy or Rice)
1 extra ripe banana
1 tbsp Melrose Organic Golden Flaxmeal

METHOD
In a blender or milkshake maker,combine all ingredients and mix on high speed until light and frothy.For a refreshing variation,substitude half the banana with fresh strawberries or other seasonal fruits.
