True HEPA filter removes 99.97 percent of all airborne particles from the air passing through the filter such as pollen, cat dander, household dust, tobacco some & mold spores. That means for every 10,000 particles or germs that enter it, only 3 or less will exit.

We accept refund, return or exchange of the item that has been delivered, on conditions that :

  • the item must be returned to us or exchanged WITHIN 7 DAYS from the date of delivery, in a new and unused condition and contain all materials included with the shipment. 
  • Shipping fees, if any, will not be refunded. Buyer has to pay for the return shipping fee or carry in to our store. UNLESS it was an unintentional mistake made by us.
