Dentists recommend to change your toothbrush every 2 months. This is even more vital for people with braces on, as hygiene is super important when food gets stuck in the braces so easily and often! 

 

As someone with braces myself, it is very difficult to find orthodontic toothbrushes locally in polyclinic pharmacies and even hospital pharmacies. The Colgate Ortho Toothbrush is sold in National Dental Centre for $6.50 each. My private dental charges $10 each. Why pay so much for a toothbrush which you have to change every 2 months?!
