1. We will only process shipping upon payment and please do not hesitate to email me for any queries or through GMarket.
2. For Singapore customers buyers, it will be sent by Singpost. It is estimated to arrive less than 3 days.
3. Customers that choose for shipping using non-registered mail, please note we will not be responsible for any loss, damage & delay in the delivery of the item.
4. Please make sure that your address is correct. We will not be responsible for the failed delivery due to wrong address given.
5. In the event the item delivered is wrong or faulty, we will issue a free replacement at no extra charge. However, should the item has been tampered, used or damaged due to poor installation, we will not be able to offer a refund.
6. Customer is responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. If the item received is damaged, please send us a photo and we will send a replacement to you if it is deemed damaged within 7 working days.
