The free delivery will be done via SingPost SmartPac box.
Postman will deliver the SmartPac box to Recipient’s doorstep. If unsuccessful, postman will deliver to the letterbox instead. If the letterbox is full or if the SmartPac box cannot be placed in the letterbox, SingPost will leave a delivery advice for Recipient to collect the SmartPac box from the post office started on the delivery advice.
