My package included one bar of soap. Zappy sales told me they would issue me a partial refund of 7.00 which still left me paying $6.60 for one bar of soap. That is ridiculous. I refused so they made me ship the one bar back and said they process the refund once they receive the item, process the item and log it back into their system. They were so quick to take my money and shop me the wrong order but I have to jump through hoops to get a refund.
