How to Use Teeth Whitening Gel
Fill a mouth tray (not included) on the top and bottom with a total of 0.5ml of gel. Alternatively, you may brush the gel onto your teeth with a brush or qtip. Wear for 45 minutes to 1 hour per day for best results. Repeat for 7-14 days until desired results are achieved. Recap the syringe until your next treatment and use until empty. Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes.
