The Panasonic CC55, 4-position Ni-MH battery charger can quickly, and individually charge any combination of up to four AA or AAA eneloop batteries in just 3 hours (one to two AA or AAA batteries can be fully charged in up to just 1.5 hours). Individual charging means you can easily and efficiently charge from 1 to 4 batteries with different levels of remaining charge. A huge time saver!

The CC55 charger also features 4 individual LED charge indicator lights. Once batteries are installed, the charger measures each cell▽s charge level and the corresponding light indicates the remaining charge; Red 0%-20%, Orange 20%-80%, and Green 80-100%. After each battery reaches the next level of charging, the LED light changes to indicate the cells charge level. Once the battery is completely charged, the LED light turns off (for that cell).

Conveniently Charge 1 to 4 AA or AA Batteries

To ensure safety, the CC55 charger has a built-in battery sensing technology that will automatically stop the charging process, if a non-rechargeable battery is inserted into the unit. The charger will also stop charging if batteries become overheated during the charging process.

Four individual “Fuel Gauge” Charging Indicators

The CC55 charger features 4 individual LED charge indicator lights. Once batteries are installed, the charger measures each cell▽s charge level and the corresponding light indicates the remaining charge; Red 0%-20%, Orange 20%-80%, and Green 80-100%. When one of the installed batteries reaches the next level of charging, the LED light changes to indicate the battery cells charge level. Once charging is complete, the LED light turns off for that battery.

The CC55 uses advanced “peak sensing technology” which allows eneloop batteries to be charged very rapidly, in as little as 3 hours (4 AA) and 1.5 hours (2 AA), without degrading battery performance.
