Red Fresh Shiso Leaves have been used as herbal medicines traditionally in the East due to their many efficacies for diseases. They belong to a very strong breed of plants that grow in the wild and contain much chlorophyll, vitamin A and inorganic compounds. Its fragrant smell is due to the content of certain variety of oil, which has a powerful capability for preservation.
Used it for wrapping rice balls or rolled sushi to replace nori.
Ingredients : Shiso Leaves, Ume Plum Vinegar and Sea Salt.
Storage : Keep refrigerated.
