Suggested Use

Adults take with a large glass of water 2 capsules with lunch and 2 capsules with dinner. Not to exceed 2 servings in any 8-hour period. For a significant energy boost take 1 or 2 capsules as needed. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day. Use in conjunction with any sensible diet and exercise program. Individual results will vary.
