This weighted compression belt adds up to two pounds of weight plus constant deep pressure around the hips and waist. The helps with proprioceptive input and helps kids and teens feel grounded. It can be worn to improve focus and behavior at school due to anxiety, aggression or transitioning to a new class. The belt can be worn during mealtimes or other stressful situations to provide a calming pressure. The weighted compression belt uses a strong hook-and-loop closure that adjusts as a child grows. Two pounds of weights in 1/2 pound and 1/4 pound increments are included with the belt in order to insert into the six sewn in pockets to adjust the weight to what works for your child.
