I was once victim suffered from Acne vulgaris but after found Differin gel 0.1% (adapalene) and Dalacin T 1% (clindamycin). It changes my life.

Multiple studies have shown the use of clindamycin in conjunction with benzoyl peroxide, which is available both through prescription or over the counter, to be more effective in the treatment of acne than the use of either product by itself. A single-blind study comparing this combination to adapalene, a retinoid, also found it to work faster and be significantly better tolerated than adapalene, as well as more effective. Clindamycin and adapalene in combination are also more effective than either drug alone, although adverse effects are more frequent; a single study found pretreatment with adapalene (application of adapalene 3–5 minutes before clindamycin) to significantly increase the penetration of clindamycin into the skin, which may enhance efficacy

First picture is before i use Differin gel 0.1% (adapalene) and Dalacin T 1% (clindamycin) and Second & Third picture is after i use Differin gel 0.1% (adapalene) and Dalacin T 1% (clindamycin). Obvious shown control of my pimple breakout.

How should I use this medication?

Apply a thin film of the solution twice a day to the area to be treated.

Before applying the solution, wash and dry the skin on the affected area. Do not wash the area for at least 2 hours after applying the medication.

Clindamycin topical solution contains an alcohol base that may cause burning and irritation of the eye and other sensitive surfaces. Avoid contact with the eyes.

In the event of accidental contact with a sensitive surface, bathe it with large amounts of cool tap water.

The solution has an unpleasant taste. Use caution when applying it around the mouth.

Many things can affect the dose of medication that a person needs, such as body weight, other medical conditions, and other medications. If your doctor has recommended a dose different from the ones listed here, do not change the way that you are using the medication without consulting your doctor.

It is important to use this medication exactly as prescribed by your doctor. If you miss a dose, apply it as soon as possible and continue with your regular schedule. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not apply a double dose to make up for a missed one. If you are not sure what to do after missing a dose, contact your doctor or pharmacist for advice.

Store this medication at room temperature, protect it from light and moisture, and keep it out of the reach of children.
