I love the fact that counts for everywhere on my body. I shave my legs and literally not have to shave again for a week or two. Up and until I got this item in the mail, the last time I shaved was right before I went to the hospital to give birth to my daughter in 2015. My hair was still thin and not really too bad, but I also keep pants on so I didn't really see a reason to shave. I charged this item for right at three hours before using it and during those three hours I read over the manual to ensure that I was positive that I could use it correctly and as intended. I used it on my legs and it worked perfectly. It did not do nearly as well with the thicker hair. This product is easy to use: you flip the switch on, but it doesn't come on until something touches the metal 'blades'. There is also a light that comes on that helps you see what you are doing. I had no issues with this, I went over it once with no attachment on it and that was really all that I needed to do. There was a hair here or there that needed to be gone over again, but there were only 3 or 4 of them. I used the stubble attachment as well just to make sure and my hair was as smooth as a babies bottom afterwards. I am included before and after pictures. The first picture is before, the second picture is after use with no attachment and the third is after use with attachment. I do not like the fact that you cannot wash off the shaving heads with water and are stuck using the little brush provided, but I have been using Alcohol Wipes without issue. But you know the saying if it quacks like a duck and walks like a duck, then it is a duck. This makes noise like a razor and cuts like a razor, so it must be a razor. It would've been a better choice to spend more on a different product. Things I liked... Using this anywhere and not just shaving in the shower. It doesn't cut your skin. Things I didn't like (much bigger list) ... It "cuts" and leaves stubble. My hair is course which probably makes a difference. Even after using the other attachment for shorter hair, it never is a smooth shave. Regardless, I figured the light might be doing something to slow the growth so I continued to use it. I purchased this roughly a month ago and it is not recharging anymore. It sounds like a device that needs new batteries but, unfortunately, I can't put batteries in it since it's rechargeable. The light doesn't seem to be slowing growth at all. I've used it once to twice a week (I wear pants a lot and don't care if the hair grows).
