With effect from Jan 2016, our new stock do not include flexible hose in the standard packaging. The exclusion is to offer you with an even lower price as buyer may use back their existing flexible hose.

Please note that the bidet set does not include toilet seat cover. You can choose to DIY install or engage our plumber for the bidet installation(charges is applicable).

kindly check the specification of our product to ensure that it is suitable for your toilet bowl. Spacing of the two holes must between 14cm to 20cm. (Remove your seat cover to measure for more accuracy)
Please understand that we are selling ADD-ON type bidet, this is an alternative add-on product to install on your existing WC( Save you from spending few thousands dollars to change to a full bidet WC). Some WC come with cover which is GUM GUM fit nicely to your WC and do not have any allowance for other items. Hence , some WC will have cover ajar. This is same as if you have a helmat which is nicely fit your head size and you want to wear a cap and claim that your helmet can't fit in your head. There is few thousands types of WC in the market, we apologize that we cannot 100% comfirmed that your WC is suitable or not.NOT FOR FUSSYCUSTOMER

New condominium unit usually comes with non-standard size WC provision and the usual bidet spec available now in the market were unable to fit. Nonethless, you can email your photo to us at sales@wellnessbidet.com to check the suitability.

Goods sold are non-returnable or exchangable.
Should there be any cancellation of order, a S$25 administration fees will be impose to cover our transportation and fee we paid to Qoo10.

For DIY buyers, points to note:
1) There is nearby water supply, usually connected to your spray gun or WC.
2) You are able to remove the seat cover and the distance between the 2 hole is within 14-20cm apart.
