We found the perfect balance of chocolate and coffee in making our Mocha Chip ice cream mix. Each carton contains two mixes, making two quarts total of ice cream. We use real ingredients in every mix to provide a perfect smooth, creamy texture. There are no artificial flavors, colors, preservatives, or corn syrup solids in any of our ice cream mixes. Each carton contains two mixes, each mix will make one quart of ice cream. You just add half & half and heavy whipping cream.
