- 2 years warranty upon manufacturing defect from date of receipt. (if it is properly used)

- STEP 3: Return products must be delivered in its original packaging (including accessories, manuals, and documentation) to Voxtera
- Delivery costs for warranty claim / return / repair covered by customer.
- The item must not have been used or installed.
- The item must be in an 'as new' condition and returned in the ORIGINAL, undamaged packaging along with the accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.
- All sealed goods must not be opened
- Printed receipt will be required as proof of purchase.
- Return exclude delivery charge (even FREE delivery)
- Return claims which do not fulfil the steps above will not be processed due to missing information.
