3-Step Battery Charging:
Step 1: Fast charge mode
Once the charger is connected to a sealed lead acid battery and plugged in， it is in constant current mode with the charge current remaining at its maximum capacity.
Step 2: Constant voltage mode
The charger switches to constant voltage mode when the battery is 80-95% charged. It will provide a constant voltage， and the charge current decreases to the charge termination level.
Step 3: Float charge mode
The charger will switch to this mode when the battery has been fully charged. You can remove the battery from the charger. If not， the charger will automatically lower the charging voltage to about 13.6V/cell or 14.8V/cell to compensate for self-discharge. The battery can be connected for an unlimited time and when you reconnect the battery， the charging process will return to step 1.

Note: The LED indicator is designed to indicate the charging status. Red appears in step 1&2 and green appears in step 3.
