CCMs 2017 Tacks line is designed with an anatomical fit, providing a snug fit in strategic areas, while remaining open in the cuff for increased mobility. Coupled with elite protection and durability, the Tacks 5092 gloves are for those looking to enhance feel and maximize their on-ice performance. For protection, the 5092 gloves employ PE foam, reinforced with PE inserts. This gives the gloves a highly protective backhand and finger section, while remaining flexible and ultra-lightweight. This padding is covered with a lightweight polyester external material, which provides elite durability. Further boosting durability, a Nash palm features abrasion resistant reinforcement with a comfortable feel. The anatomical, highly mobile fit of the Tacks 5092 is evidenced in multiple areas of the glove. A 3-piece forefinger allows a better, more natural grip of the stick. The segmented backhand increases range of motion and affords the glove its flexibility no matter what position the hand is in. Lastly, an open cuff maintains protection while the hand moves, and allows players to further extend themselves to pucks or keep better control of possessed pucks.
